GoPro announced the most awaited GoPro Hero 7 range of cameras for Indian fans. Three new devices have been launched to meet the needs of buyers with different budgets. Different colour devices come with different features and price. All three new releases will be available in India starting 27th September, 2018.
The GoPro Hero 7 Black
The GoPro Hero 7 Black is the top-end variant with maximum features and uses the custom GP1 chip. It retails at Rs. 37,000. It comes with a 12 mp sensor. The HyperSmooth Stabilization mode is the highlight of this variant that aids in taking videos with maximum stabilisation.
It comes with Wifi and GPS features and also supports live-stream that allows user to live-stream directly on Facebook, YouTube and other platforms. It also supports voice control for certain commands. It is waterproof and has a touchscreen display. It offers TimeWrap (time lapse mode with various time lapse features including hyper-lapse).
With The GoPro Hero 7 Black you could also join the GoPro $1M Challenge. In the Highlight video for GoPro Hero 7 Black, the company will include raw video clips shot by users from the newly launched camera. The GoPro Hero 7 Silver and The GoPro Hero 7 White
Both the silver and white variant come with similar features. The GoPro Hero 7 Silver retails at Rs. 27,000 and The GoPro Hero 7 White retails at Rs. 19,000.
What makes the silver variant better than the white one?
The silver variant shoots videos with 4K30 resolution whereas the white variant supports 1080p60 videos. Though both cameras come with 10 MP camera, the silver variant captures HDR pictures. The silver also comes with GPS. Both the variants can shoot and store vertical photos just like the Black variant. All three variants are waterproof up to 33 feet.
